Hi, I’m Nilu, and I’m thrilled to join you on your skin health journey! A bit about me: I’m a dermatology and aesthetic medicine physician assistant turned online skin health coach. Having faced the challenges of acne, scarring, pigmentation, and aging myself, I understand the emotional toll these issues can have. Our skin is the outfit we wear every day—we all deserve to feel confident in it!
With years of experience in the dermatology and aesthetics setting, I’m here to support you by navigating the often over-whelming world of skincare and anti-aging. Whether it's guiding you through skin product jargon or focusing on ways to enhance and maintain in-office procedures, I'm here to help you reach your skin health goals without the "sales" pressure.

It All Started Years Ago...Â
Nilu’s journey into medicine began 13 years ago after obtaining her undergraduate degree in psychology from UCLA. She worked for four years in clinical research, helping conduct trials for patients suffering from mental health disorders – a role that deepened her dedication to patient care. Eager to learn more and continue helping patients, she went on to attend the nation’s top graduate medical training program at Duke University’s Physician Assistant Program.

From Psychology to Dermatology...

At Duke, Nilu’s psychology background became invaluable as she guided patients through the emotional and physical toll of skin conditions. Having personally struggled with cystic acne, scarring and pigmentation from a young age with little guidance on treatment options, she understood the impact of skin health on self-confidence. It became her goal to provide patients with a compassionate advocate to help guide them through sometimes debilitating dermatological conditions.
As the daughter of Indian immigrant parents, Nilu also grew up understanding the value of a holistic perspective in addressing health concerns. She believes an individual's lifestyle, diet and environment also play a crucial role in our skin health and how we age.
Eager to utilize her expertise, Nilu went on to become an advanced injector and trainer at one of the nation’s leading injectable practices while also offering comprehensive skin health and anti-aging solutions as a virtual coach.
By blending her expertise in Western medicine and natural treatment options, including dietary and lifestyle adjustments, she empowers her clients with a well-rounded and personalized approach to skin health.
